We can staff the roles your imaging department is missing.

From a single radiologist to a full department build-out, MedSciX places credentialed radiology talent on a full-time, locum, or teleradiology-linked basis, sourced, vetted and onboarded by our own team.

Why staff through MedSciX

The same team that runs your teleradiology coverage sources your people

We're not a generic staffing agency layering a radiology tab onto their site. Our own reading network, credentialing processes and subspecialty relationships mean we can evaluate a radiology candidate's actual fit, not just check a resume against a job title.

How placement works

Three ways to fill a gap

Full-time placement

Permanent hires

We source, credential-check and shortlist candidates for a permanent seat on your team.

Locum coverage

Short-term & interim

Bridge a leave of absence, resignation notice period, or seasonal volume spike with locum staff.

Teleradiology-linked

Remote reporting staff

Pair a staffing placement with MedSciX teleradiology coverage for true around-the-clock reads.

From vacancy to start date

How a placement actually happens

01

Role & requirements

We confirm the role, modality expertise, licensure needs and start timeline with you directly.

02

Sourcing & screening

Candidates are sourced from our network and screened against the role before you see a single resume.

03

Credentialing

Licensure, certifications and references are verified as part of our own process, not left to you.

04

Placement & onboarding

The candidate starts with onboarding support from MedSciX, not a handoff the moment papers are signed.

Common questions

Staffing FAQ

How do you verify credentials and licensure?

Every candidate's licensure, board certification and references are verified directly by our team before they're presented to you, not after you've already made a hiring decision.

What happens if a placement doesn't work out?

Replacement terms are agreed as part of your placement contract upfront, so there's a clear path forward rather than starting the search from zero.

Can placements work remotely as part of teleradiology coverage?

Yes, for radiologist roles especially, a placement can be structured as a remote reporting seat inside our teleradiology network rather than an on-site hire.

How long does a typical placement take?

It depends on the role and licensure requirements, locum coverage can often start within days, while a permanent subspecialist placement is usually measured in weeks.

Do you only place radiologists, or the full department?

The full department, physicians, technologists, allied support roles like PACS administrators and medical physicists, and department leadership are all part of what we place.
